Construction Details

We are often asked to recommend construction details for high-performance building envelopes. So we have started to compile a record of the kinds of details that we think are necessary to conserve energy, keep costs under control, and protect the health and safety of the building’s occupants. As time goes on we will add more of these and separate them according to what we consider to be a minimum standard, an above average standard, and an excellent standard of construction.

If you don’t see the detail that you need here please contact us and we should be able to provide you with what you need directly. We may also be able to make these details available as AutoCAD files if necessary.
